Connecting with fellow students is an important part of your university experience that will help you succeed. This is a perfect place to reconnect with friends, and meet new people too.

Need-to-Know Resources + Opportunities

Have you wondered how to connect with other students, learn about volunteer opportunities where you meet people and build skills or find out how to remotely access online journals, books, or seek expert and friendly help with academic writing?

These are just a few important details you can find out by attending the Virtual Services Fair! We’ve got you covered and you can drop in to virtual sessions at the Virtual Services Fair, happening on Friday, January 8.  You’ll learn about 30+ services available to you, including community support, career and volunteer opportunities, academic success, health and wellness and lots of other university resources.  Guaranteed, joining in will be time well spent.

Visit the Virtual Services Fair website for a listing of useful resources and ways to join the event.

Workshop/Interest Group Opportunities

Do you have a hobby or special interest? Chances are Simon Fraser Student Society (SFSS) has a student club or group of like-minded students who would love to connect with you. From anime to hiking, to introverts, knitters, singers and more—there’s at least one of 100+ clubs for you!

You can learn more about the Virtual Clubs Days events, and check out other events and workshops at Community Connection.
